• Compliance assessments can be conducted internationally — on-site travel is required for in-person assessments, and travel arrangements will be discussed as part of the booking process.

Our assessment process is designed to simulate real-world audit conditions and provide meaningful feedback — not just a checkbox exercise. Here’s how it works:

1. Gap Assessment (Optional) – A pre-assessment to identify areas for improvement before the formal audit.

2. Initial Audit (Announced) – The first full audit, scheduled with your team to establish a compliance baseline.

3. Surveillance Audit 1 (Unannounced) – Conducted unnannounced to evaluate true day-to-day compliance, typically 9 months after the certification 

4. Surveillance Audit 2 (Unannounced) – A second unannounced follow-up audit, typically 12 months later.

5. Recertification Audit (Announced) – Conducted every 3 years to renew your certificate and update compliance records.

While our certificates are non-accredited, they are based on globally recognised GMP frameworks such as ISO 22716 and COS-GMP. Many manufacturers, suppliers, and brand owners rely on them to demonstrate strong operational control and GMP compliance.

Each issued certificate includes a unique certificate number, which can be used to verify its authenticity through our online global directory (coming soon). The directory will display:

• The certified site’s name

• The audit framework used (e.g., COS-GMP, ISO 22716)

• Date of issue and expiry

• Scope of the assessment

Clients also receive a detailed assessment report, which they can share with retailers, partners, or regulators to demonstrate the depth of their compliance — a valuable asset during supplier approvals or tenders.
