Currently, no. We are in the process of training out the framework to auditors/accessors, interested parties and sites. If you wish to have COS-GMP training or future certification for your site, please reach out.
Why is ISO 22716 useful?
ISO 22716 helps you run a cleaner, more consistent production operation. It builds customer confidence, supports supplier and retailer requirements, and reduces the likelihood of defects and recalls by strengthening controls over people, premises, equipment, materials, hygiene, batch records, and traceability.
What ISO 22716 is NOT
ISO 22716 is not a guarantee that a product will never have issues, and it is not a product “approval” or performance certification. It does not certify “organic/natural” claims and it does not replace legal/regulatory obligations for the markets you sell into (such as labeling and safety requirements).
What does ISO 22716 certification involve?
Certification typically involves a gap review, implementing and documenting GMP controls, training staff, running internal checks and corrective actions, and then an external audit by a certification body. After certification, periodic surveillance audits help confirm you continue to operate to the standard.
